Refund Policy

As our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

- Your order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability after payment.

- A duplicate payment has been made for the same order.

- Other exceptional circumstances approved by Devdarshee Banaras.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

- Your order number.

- Clear photographs of the product.

- An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

After verification, we will decide whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 5–7 business days after approval.
