As our products are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

- Change of mind

- Color preference

- Personal liking

- Incorrect order placed by the customer

Please read the product details carefully before placing your order.

We offer an exchange only in the following cases:

- You receive a damaged product.

- You receive the wrong product.

To request an exchange:

- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Share your order number along with clear photos and an unboxing video of the product.

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Important Note: To ensure a smooth resolution for any claims regarding damaged or missing items, we kindly request you to record a continuous unboxing video. It is mandatory for any damage or missing items request.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

- The product has been used, washed, or altered.

- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

- The damage is caused after delivery due to improper handling.
